Getting your home ready for sale is a two step process. The first step is the preparation phase. We come to your home and take an objective look at the interior and exterior of your property and help you see it as a buyer would.
As part of the consultation, we'll give you specific suggestions for things you can do that will make your home appear more spacious and appealing to a wide range of buyers. These suggestions typically involve selection of neutral paint colors, identification of furniture and other items that should be removed, and repairs that need to be addressed. What sets us apart from other home staging companies is that we also offer a full range of exterior services that will give your property curb appeal and draw buyers into the house.
When the preparation has been completed, the next step is presentation. Pioneer Valley Home Staging works with the furniture and decor you have and, if necessary, brings in additional items that will give your home visual impact. Our inventory includes artwork, window treatments, accent furniture, floor plants and eye-catching accessories.
